Chef Lindsay Autry, who many diners will recognize from Bravo TV’s 9th season of Top Chef, commands this restaurant. Chef Autry was a finalist in that season and it is no wonder why. This trattoria is a clear go to in WPB for diners seeking a traditional Italian trattoria dining experience. Grato is located in the Dixie Dining Corridor in the Flamingo Park neighborhood. The menu is simple. The flavors are exceptional. Grato is a wonderful experience for lunch, dinner, and brunch. You can’t go wrong here. Diners enjoy the homemade pasta and brick oven pizzas. Kitchen is owned and operated by husband and wife, Matthew and Aliza Byrne. This restaurant truly is a family operation and visitors pick up on that vibe immediately. The dining is intimate and you feel almost as if you are dining in Matthew and Aliza’s home. This was in fact their idea for the restaurant. The menu is elegant and the food is decadent. Each dish is prepared with deliberate care for every ingredient. This restaurant is making a name for itself in the West Palm Beach area and it’s no wonder why. The menu is seasonally inspired and locally sourced. The restaurant also has a cozy lounge and a private space for larger parties. Diners will not leave unhappy after visiting Kitchen.
