Kitchen is owned and operated by husband and wife, Matthew and Aliza Byrne. This restaurant truly is a family operation and visitors pick up on that vibe immediately. The dining is intimate and you feel almost as if you are dining in Matthew and Aliza’s home. This was in fact their idea for the restaurant. The menu is elegant and the food is decadent. Each dish is prepared with deliberate care for every ingredient. This restaurant is making a name for itself in the West Palm Beach area and it’s no wonder why. The menu is seasonally inspired and locally sourced. The restaurant also has a cozy lounge and a private space for larger parties. Diners will not leave unhappy after visiting Kitchen.
