Hello, my name is Karen, and I’m the Treatment Coordinator for Drs. Ritter and Ramsey. I've worked in dentistry for 36 years and enjoy making sure each patient has the best experience they’ve ever had after leaving our office. I also enjoy knowing that we have done everything possible to help patients understand their treatment and move towards better dental health.
In my free time, I enjoy exercising, boating, cooking, dancing, travel and enjoying life with my family – Scott, Jack, Falan, Ashley and Michael.
Sue - Insurance Coordinator
Hello, my name is Sue, and I’m the Insurance Coordinator for Drs. Ritter and Ramsey. I’ve been in Dentistry for 27 years and enjoy taking care of patients seeing great results and making people happy.
I am a native of Rhode Island. In my free time, I enjoy Boating, shopping, and eating with my husband Gerry, my daughters Shel and Melanie and our seven grandchildren.
Kathy - Hygiene Coordinator
Hello, my name is Kathy and I and the Hygiene Coordinator for Drs. Ritter and Ramsey. I've worked in the dental profession for 9 years and love that each day brings a new challenge. Working with patients every day becomes like being an extended family.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband Lawrence and my kids Tyler and Madison. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading and going to the beach.
Ashley - Dental Concierge
Hello, my name is Ashley. I’m new to Dentistry and I love that everyday is a new learning experience. I am also a native Floridian.
In my free time I take classes at FAU and enjoy any outdoor activity. I also enjoy spending time with my family, my boyfriend Jack, and my fat chichuahua Moo Moo.
Jenny - Dental Hygienist
Hello, my name is Jenny, and I’m a Dental Hygienist for Drs. Ritter and Ramsey. I’ve worked in the dental profession for 38 years and love the one-on-one interaction with my patients. I also enjoy helping them to learn what options are available to help them meet their dental needs.
Originally from West Palm Beach, I enjoy riding Harleys with my husband Mark and spending time with my children Erika and Dominic and my grandson Lucas.
Laura - Dental Hygienist
Hello, my name is Laura, and I’m a Dental Hygenist for Drs. Ritter and Ramsey. I've worked in dentistry for 12 years. I love working with patients to help them improve their smiles and their health.
Outside of the office, my husband Adam and I will soon welcome a baby girl. When not preparing for our new arrival, I enjoy photography, boating and shopping.
Michelle - Dental Hygienist
Hello, my name is Michelle and I am a dental hygienist for Drs. Ritter and Ramsey. I have been in the dental profession for 15 years. I love what I do and enjoy meeting all the wonderful patients while helping them achieve a beautiful, healthy smile.
I am originally from the island Trinidad but grew up right here in South Florida for the majority of my life. Outside of the office, I enjoy going to the beach, movies or good eats with my husband Marc and our two boys, Braden and Jake.
Bonnie - Dental Hygienist
Hello, my name is Bonnie, and I’m a Dental Hygienist for Drs. Ritter and Ramsey. I’ve worked in dentistry since 1988, and am still amazed with all of the new tools and techniques we have available to make patients healthier. Working with Drs. Ritter and Ramsey, I learn something new every day.
In my free time, I enjoy boating, SCUBA, orchids and cooking with my husband.
Falan - Dental Assistant

I am a native of MIchigan and currently live with my mother Karen – who works with me – and my brother Jack. In my free time, I enjoy Spending time with my family and friends, exercise, boating, dining out and traveling.

I am a native of Immokalee, FL and have a large family – eight brothers and sisters! In my free time, I enjoy Horseback riding and golf with Burt, my boyfriend of six years.

I’ve been all over the world - born in New York, raised in Uruguay, and lived in Spain. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, spending time with my husband Fernando and my daughter Pamela and watching anything with Keanu Reeves.
